HOW DID YOU PREPARE

FOR THE ECQ?

I started my career as a professional dog

handler in 2010. But year 2017 up to the

present was really the peak of my career.

I started to gain more clients and join

dog shows during these years. Being a

handler is never easy. I experienced a lot

of ups and downs. This profession is not

as easy as anyone thinks it is especially

during this pandemic.

When the Covid-19 outbreak started and

reached our country, it really affected a

lot of things including my profession as a

dog handler. Due to the limitations and

lockdowns I wasn't able to entertain,

meet and converse personally with my

clients. But in order to adjust on the set-

up especially during ECQ, I explained

properly to my loyal clients that I

wouldn't be able to train dogs for a few

months. Thus resulting to no income for

me.
