NEW MEMBERS

The number of new members in
2020 (7,288) showed a major re-

bound by growing by almost 24%
KENNEL NAMES from the previous year’s number

which was at 5,878. Even with the

downturn in 2019, with the 2020
numbers, there is no doubt that

there has been a continuing inter-
est in being a PCCI member among
the populace as evidenced by a

strong annual increase in the
new membership figures.

The year 2020 saw the recovery in
the number of Kennel Name Reg-

istration. From 4,576 in 2019 which
was lower by 172 compared to

the 2018 count at 4,748 transac-
tions, the number for 2020 rose
to 5,483, representing a 19.8% in-

crease over the previous year.
