The pandemic caught everyone by surprise. People’ s lives were turned
upside down in a matter of days. The following pages offer insights on
how PCCI’s major stakeholders adapted to the new normal that the
COVID-19 era demanded. Dog owners, handlers and PCCI staff all
agreed that there is a need to adapt in order to survive and then as-
sess what needs to be done to be able to move forward and do well.
