HOW DID THE NEW NORMAL
AFFECT YOU AS A PCCI SERVICE
PROVIDER?
The office was closed to the public due to the pandemic, this caused a huge
volume of backlog. Even though the Marikina office was eventually opened we
were still left behind when it came to the processing of papers. We went to the
office early so we can catch up with the processing.
PCCI implemented a coding policy for walk-in registration as well as the
dropbox system. The online registration and the registration thru LBC were
maintained throughout the period.
