Judges Licensing Committee held
Tits second seminar for 2019, in
cooperation with the Boxer Club of the
Philippines, conducted by
Ms FRANCES SMITH* of Argentina.

The seminar focused on the formula
for a successful breeding and the
methods employed to achieve ideal
breeding results. She was also
able to give advice to the audience
individually in accordance to their
breed requirements.

Proper grooming, movement and
temperament of certain breeds
were also emphasized during the
discussion.

A total of 25 attendees were present;
following are comments from some
of them.

What an extraordinary lady she
was! It was a pleasure listening to
her as she is very brilliant.

* Ms. Frances Smith has been involved in the dog world since she was a child. Her parents
brought the first Yorkshire Terrier to Argentina in 1965. Since then, she had the chance to
specialize in every aspect of this sport. She is a Breeder, an All-Breed Judge, Club President,
Member, and Director of the FCA National Genealogical Registry since 2000. She has also been
a handler and a groomer.
