everything stood still.

The usual dog shows were gone, travel was Desk

restricted for almost everyone until the start of

the third quarter when some of the restrictions

were relaxed a bit.

This issue of the quarterly documents what transpired for the

PCCI family during the second and third quarters of 2020, the

most unusual period for everyone, where the abnormal, under

previous times, became the new normal.

Slowly inching towards the normal way, we share the hope of all

sectors of the PCCI family that these trying times will soon be over

and that better times are just around the corner.
