The top winningest dog, of local bred for 2018 was awarded to the following:
Breeder with most number of dogs gained Championship,
Grand Championship & Hall of Famer award
in a certain breed will be awarded as the breeder of the year.
For this year 2018, it was awarded to
HARLY KINTANAR of Heaven Sent French Bulldogs and
JONEL MAR TRINIDAD of Trimestar Chihuahuas.
